My concept is to create a closed to open layout by prioritizing privacy from the laneway while maintaining a balance of open space for the client to enjoy sunlight and nature. My client, a recent University graduate, prefers waking up early to experience the sunrise and wishes to have plenty of outdoor space and lighting.
