A Place to Stay

Located at 296 Brunswick Avenue, the Annex Hotel provides A Place To Stay for a young generation of students and professionals. The main goal is to feel at home, while away from home.  Giving yourself a break from daily stressors and time to relax and rejuvenate; the design intent is to feel self-connected and at ease, by the use of warm tones and soft wood accents. As well, integrated window seating promotes relaxation, greater health and focus while studying. It is a connection to the outdoors while sitting inside at the window. Overall, the design is intended to feel cozy, calming, and promote a better work study. Improving the health of individuals when back to their daily work-life routines, is an asset.
