238 Queen St West will be home to Centre of Social Innovation. A co-working space founded on a theory of layers; space, community and innovation. Which will be explored and built upon. Space, from Renfrew Pl down towards Queen St West the slope will be kept along the centre, with steps running across to align with the slope. Community, activating the laneways to Centre of Social Innovation and St Patrick Square. Lastly, innovation, to create an environment like a meadow, open and inviting with level changes, wood elements and hill like furniture promoting a workspace that's functional, whimsical, and most importantly innovative.
