The principle of closure within the work, "Induction Chromatique à Double Fréquence A pour Wörn 2006" by Carlos Cruz- Diez greatly inspired the form of this model in order to show the relationship of lines to create a cylindrical shape. Throughout the process of exploring the principles and elements through the piece, the cylinder in the middle of the painting was emphasized through the composition so creating a spiralized form brought the painting into three dimensions. The dynamic of the many lines curving to form the spiral deepened the idea that the line was instrumental in creating the cylindrical form.
