The inspiration behind this design is a blend of the bold florals and colours of the 1960s, mixed with the intricate patterns of the Art's and Craft's Movement, such as those of William Morris. By using more abstracted shapes and a fresh colour palette I've brought these era's into the 21st century. I had the pattern printed on muslin fabric to be used in interiors such as curtains, wall coverings or pillows.
