This project focused on the mixture of natural and artificial light. The main space for this project was the basement which would act as a studio for the various artists and children to produce their work. To bring natural light into the basement, a solution was found by introducing a skylight from the ground floor that would essentially flood the basement with natural light. Additionally, a secondary light source from the ceiling installation would disperse the artificial light to create a healthy working space for both artists and children alike.
