Skin Contact- Canadian Wine Emporium

Skin Contact - The period during winemaking when the grape skins remain in contact with the juice. Skin contact adds colour, depth & complexity to the wine.

Designed for the COVID- 19 era, Skin Contact’s design minimizes customer contact with the product as the wine is displayed only on the feature wall. The feature wall, which is adorned with a rough textured rosé hue, wraps around the west side of interior then curves to join the east wall, separating the retail space from the warehouse. Customers view the bottles and approach a long service counter where they interact with employees who educate, help with wine selections and can present bottles.
