UNITY - 596 Ossington Avenue

“Missing Middle” is a phrase created by Daniel G. Parolek, a nationally recognized architecture and designer. The term defines affordable and communal house types between single detached houses, semi detached houses and high rise apartments. In response to “Missing Middle” and the demand for space for the creative communities, Unity Charity, a residential and commercial building is suggested on site 596 Ossington Avenue. A light and playful color tone is employed to promote the positive vibes of Unity Charity, with the vinyl floor that is used for the flooring, the space provides extra comfort for users.
