The Future of the Workplace

In response to the shift of where and how we work, the workplace is undergoing a transformation. To support the new way of working across an ecosystem that balances office, home, and the third place, the future of the new Haworth 238 Queen St. W. workplace will combine the office and third place. The self-serve café showroom will be a place of social context and acts as the third place for Haworth members and people from other offices to connect, collaborate, and work. The main tunnel of circulation between the office and third place is a neutral transition space. Showcasing Haworth designs, the focus of the office is to create spaces that encourage well-being and for people to work their best in through a variety of spaces to gather, connect and restore, or for focused individual work.
