The Project Coordination Associate will assist in collecting, organizing and curating all works presented at the show. Responsibilities include communicating with the students and faculty, preparing a coordination and collection plan, and working closely with the site team to strategize layout and display students’ works. The associate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive. The role requires someone who is organized, outgoing, and able to communicate with a wide range of people in a clear and professional manner, as well as able to manage any needs required by faculty and students.
