The Admin & Operations Associate will assist the executives in ensuring that all events and activities run efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing the logistics of the show, other smaller events, managing volunteers, and moderating online webinars. This includes assisting with things such as the event schedule, tickets, as well as merchandise throughout the year. The role requires someone who can multitask and lead, communicate with a wide range of people, function under high-pressure situations and can solve problems quickly.
Associates applying for this position must be able to communicate professionally and have relationship building, show leadership skills proven through work experience, proficient in computer literacy, and able to clearly communicate with team and volunteers.
