As 2020 marks the dawn of a new decade, we reflect on the evolution of RSID and the works that have been created over time. Every moment that design is produced, a new iteration is engraved in history and becomes a precedent for future works. We redefine archive as a curated collection of precious works. Through this modern interpretation of archiving, we showcase current works and honour every student’s potential to be a catalyst in design innovation.

year end show

Ryerson School of Interior Design’s Year End Show is an annual exhibition of students’ works from all four years. The 3-storey industrial building transforms from an educational studio space into a sophisticated gallery showcasing a diverse range of projects and installations. As an eagerly anticipated industry and public event with over 1,500 attendees, the Year End Show (YES) becomes a platform for students to celebrate their accomplishments in design, create connections, and establish themselves within the evolving industry.
